This project was commissioned by Sasha Norris from Hereford Wildlife Rescue. The aim of the poster is to highlight the importance of native UK grasses for butterflies. Certain butterfly species are highly specialised, meaning they either feed on, lay eggs on, or inhabit only specific species of grasses. This underscores the critical role of wild grasslands in our ecosystem and showcases butterflies as indicators of a healthy environment.
